Castile UCC is prayerfully seeking a dedicated, Spirit-led pastor to guide our congregation in Faith, discipleship, and community outreach.
We are a multigenerational church committed to worship, biblical teaching and serving others in the name of Christ.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Can inspire and equip members to grow in their Faith
- Works well with church leadership and volunteers
Responsibilities include:
- Leading worship services and preaching biblically grounded sermons
- Overseeing ministry programs and church staff/volunteers
- Pastoral care, phone calls and /or visitation upon request
- Funeral services as requested
Compensation/Benefits:
- Part-time – 16 hours per week
- Salary/Benefits – Negotiable
- Office Hours (Work week) – Schedule Flexible
- Vacation – 5 weeks per year
- Continuing Education – $300/year
- Mileage – Standard Rate
